At Happy Pet HQ, we believe access to high‑quality pet care equipment should be simple and affordable. That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders over $129 within the contiguous United States.*
📦 Exceptions to Free Shipping
- Some oversized or heavy freight items cannot be shipped using standard carriers. In these cases, shipping fees may apply.
- Very large orders or items requiring freight shipping may occasionally be subject to price surges from freight companies. If this happens, we’ll notify you right away and give you the choice to proceed with the order or receive a full refund.
⏱️ Shipping Times
Regular shipping items are delivered within the following timeframes:
- Dog Door Flaps: 3–5 business days
- Dog Doors: 7–10 business days
- RuffLand Kennels: Typically 4–6 weeks (up to 10 weeks for large, multi‑kennel orders)
- Groomers Best Orders: 4–5 weeks (rush orders available*)
- Petlift Orders: 4–5 weeks (rush orders available*)
- Edemco Orders: 6–8 weeks
- All Other Orders: Typically 7–10 business days (please email/chat for specific lead times)
🌍 International & Non‑Contiguous U.S. Orders
- We happily accept international orders! Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may also require a custom quote. In some cases, shipping to these locations may still be free.
🔄 Return Shipping
- For freight items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
