No return phone call

I bought the Roughland kennel pad for intermediate kennels and it does not fit my Roughland intermediate kennel. I reached out by email and got a prompt response saying that Roughland would not honor returns but that he would check and see if they would make an exception. That was two weeks ago and I never heard back anything. Don’t think I’ll be buying from you again.
