*PACKAGING* - Tall boxes are shipped in multiple boxes. The 38x38 and 48x48 Tall Boxes consist of a Box A (Add-on Room) and a Box B (additional parts to turn add-on room into a complete box with rails, pad and liner.) For the 48x76 Tall Box, it will consist of a 38x38 Tall Box A & Box B, and a 48x76 Tall Box C.
RETURNS: If you should receive a damaged product, you are welcome to return it free of charge and receive a full refund.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges accepted within (14) days from the day you received the product (exclusions apply).
What type of material is the handle?
Each kennel door comes with a strong, lockable stainless steel handle. Inside the handle is a stainless steel spring that helps keep the latch closed, so your dog can’t push the door open. It’s safe and secure, but still easy to open with one hand. You can also add a padlock or clasp for extra security if needed.
