Please measure around your dog’s neck to ensure a perfect fit:

Small: fits necks up to 13”

Our bandanas are created to minimize stiffness, allow for flexibility in size, while retaining the look of a classic knotted bandana. Unlike the typical manufactured bandana, we’ve crafted our bandanas to be double sided in order to give that added touch of luxury.

just doesn’t work out the way you would like it to, we are here to help.
RETURNS
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Returns received within 30 days of the original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.

We cannot accept returns after 31 days
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded your amount of purchase along with any applicable sales tax.
We will provide a complimentary return label.
EXCHANGES
While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. Please visit our Returns Center to initiate your return.
RETURNS: If you should receive a damaged product, you are welcome to return it free of charge and receive a full refund.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges accepted within (14) days from the day you received the product (exclusions apply).
What type of material is the handle?
Each kennel door comes with a strong, lockable stainless steel handle. Inside the handle is a stainless steel spring that helps keep the latch closed, so your dog can’t push the door open. It’s safe and secure, but still easy to open with one hand. You can also add a padlock or clasp for extra security if needed.
